Jeff at Custom Pro Services took great care of the job I needed him for. He always kept in touch with me, kept his word, and his crew did an amazing job. Should I ever need anything else, which will most likely be installation of a hot tub, I know I won't hesitate to contact him.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job with my pool. My concrete foundation had holes in it. They patched it up and applied foam to protect my liner from the underlying concrete. I really felt like he cared about what's best for me and my pool. One of his team member's discovered that my pool pump was not working . He IMMEDIATELY found a new pool pump for me the SAME DAY and it was installed right then and there. That promptness is a 10/10. Excellent customer service and well priced considered all that I needed. I would definitely recommend his services. Even though my liner is installed, he is only one text away if I have any questions. I wouldn't use anyone else other than him and his team. Thank you all so much!

I had Jeff replace my pool liner and skimmer line a few months ago. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience. He has also answered several of my questions and made suggestions to help me since then.(free of charge) I don’t normally recommend anyone because of past experiences. I am glad to be able to recommend custom pro services without any reservation.

Seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Pool liner installed sooner than expected and was a good fit. Every one was courteous and tried to do a good job. Docked 1/2 star as I have a small leak at the pump outlet.

From day one, I was comfortable that these folks were going to be good for me. Their price was reasonable, as much as 40% less than some bids. Also they did all that was promised and some additional items for no extra charge. Done on time and never had to look for them.. Most certainly, I would use them again.

I thought we needed a new pool liner but after the owner came out to look at the pool, he said we probably just needed maintenance. He arranged to have the maintenance done that following week and within 1 week the pool looked amazing! He saved us money by not selling us an unneeded pool liner. He was extremely knowledgeable about pools and helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend their service.

Mr. Elrod replaced the liner in my in-ground pool, and I am very pleased. He worked quickly but meticulously to repair the bottom, fortify the walls, and install a (beautiful) liner. He is exceptional in his knowledge about his craft and the pool industry in general. In addition to installing a liner for a VERY fair price, Mr. Elrod kept his appointments and responded to any phone messages I had to leave. I highly recommend him.

I'm very pleased with the results of all the work done by Custom Pros Services. They not only installed a beautiful pool liner, they also refinished my pool steps, diving board and the coping around the pool. They changed the sand in my sand filter and redid all the plumbing to my requested specifications. EVERYTHING turned out just as I expected it to be. I can't say enough good things about the pride Jeff and Thomas take in making sure everything is done to the customers complete satisfaction. I will be using them again for sure and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good days work for a fair price.

Came out same day of contact. Told me the total cost and what was included in price. Promised 2 weeks but finished two days early. Were swimming by the promise date. Needed a part not included and Jeff brought it to job within 2 hours of discovery. Did not slow process of repairing pool. Great Job!

I would give them 10 stars if I could, I am so pleased with the work. I had a bad experience with the last liner we had installed ( used a local company), I was so sceptical on hiring anyone, so I contacted Pro Custom Service, it was not long before Jeff contacted me, set up an appt to come out , when he got here, he was very knowledgeable, polite and aiming to please. His price was the exact same thing he quoted to me on the phone, no high pressure sales tactics, no trying to sell something I did not need, I was very impressed with his knowledge and his aim to make me happy, I hired him. His guys showed up on time, has awesome work ethics ( of which is rare these days), very thorough, done an awesome job, had my pool , patched, liner installed and filling up with water in the same day. So if you want an excellent job done and want to be satisfied call Jeff. I am so very well pleased, when the time comes for my next liner, I will be using them again,

Jeff responded quickly to my inquiry for a new pool pump and filter. He quoted me a price in the range I had anticipated and was able to schedule the installation the following day! It was much appreciated as the pool was getting beyond manageable. Thomas and assistant performed the labor. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable! They even took the time to look at my hot tub! They all went beyond expectations and I would not hesitate to use this company again!
